Blue Diamond’s vibratory roller excels in compacting soil, gravel, asphalt, and sand with heavy-duty high-strength steel drums and an advanced hydraulic exciter system for high-frequency vibrations that achieve dense, stable surfaces.
Key Features
Smooth drum models handle granular materials like sand and gravel for flat finishes in paving and roads, while pad foot versions knead cohesive clays and silts for deeper compaction in trenching or foundations. Adjustable drum scrapers prevent material buildup, and drums are isolated from the frame with 12 heavy-duty rubber mounts to minimize vibration transfer to the skid steer. The oil-mist lubricated exciter reduces operating temperatures, shaft deflection, and bearing/seal failures, with an integral knockdown blade for efficient leveling; requires 10–50 GPM flow at 1500–3000 PSI.
