Description

The Eterra 9-Foot Excavator Sickle Bar Mower is built for cutting vegetation in hard-to-reach areas, making it an essential tool for roadside maintenance, ditches, embankments, fence lines, and land management. With a 9-foot cutting width, operators can trim grass, brush, and small saplings up to 2 inches in diameter without constantly repositioning their machine. The excavator-mounted design provides extended reach, making it easy to cut along steep slopes, drainage areas, and other challenging terrain where traditional mowers struggle. The optimal operating flow rate for this mower is between 15-20 GPM, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

Eterra SMB-1000 Blank Mounting Adapter

This adapter provides Eterra Mowers with seamless mounting to your Excavator’s coupler. The SMB-1000 is included with purchase.

Note: Every excavator is different. Many machines (Especially older models) use only two pumps. One to control your stick and rotation.  One for track drive and auxiliary flow (your mower). For machines that have this type of pump arrangement, it is not possible to drive the machine forward and cut at the same time. You will need to drive forward, stop and then sweep back and forth for cutting. For operators with newer machines like Kubota and any Yanmar, you have three pumps so you can drive and cut at the same time.
