Eterra EX-30 Excavator Flail Mower
Eterra’s V2 EX-30 Flail Mower clears grass and brush up to 6″ diameter in ditches and hard-to-reach areas on 7,000–14,000 lb excavators with 8–26 GPM flow, powered by a Permco gear motor with 20 heavy-duty Y blades rated for 500 hours life (no rocks).
Key Features
No case drain required—just one-way flow/breaker setting for easy setup without extra lines. The upgraded V2 includes a stronger drive shaft, reinforced housing for rigidity, new chain guard for debris control, and Eterra’s patented rail mounting system (30–50mm pins, adjustable collars/spacers) for cross-machine compatibility and secure fit. Electronically balanced cutter shaft, direct drive, powder coat finish; optional thumb saddle adds versatility.
Model Options
EX-30M for 2,200–7,000 lb machines; EX-40 for 9,000–20,000 lb; note dual-pump excavators can’t drive-and-cut simultaneously (triple-pump models like newer Kubota/Yanmar can).
