Eterra Vortex Mini Skid Steer Stump Grinder

Description

The Eterra Mini Skid Steer Vortex Stump Grinder gives operators the ability to remove stumps efficiently in tight spaces with high torque and minimal maintenance. The radial piston motor converts 95% of hydraulic flow into horsepower, ensuring mini skid steers get maximum cutting power despite their lower hydraulic flow. The direct drive system with an oil bath enclosed hub eliminates external couplers and the need for greasing, reducing maintenance and increasing reliability. Anti-cavitation relief valves remove the need for a check valve, eliminating failure points and keeping the system running smoothly. A wraparound motor guard protects the motor and hoses from damage during operation.

Equipped with a 20″ diameter, 1/2″ thick cutting wheel, the Vortex is designed for heavy-duty stump removal. The high-strength alloy steel wheel features replaceable rock guards to prevent tooth chipping in rocky conditions and flippable three-sided teeth, extending time between replacements. The Grade 50 steel housing is built to withstand tough environments while its extended exit side design helps control chip spray, directing debris downward for a cleaner work area. Whether you’re clearing land, maintaining properties, or tackling stump removal in confined areas, the Eterra Mini Skid Steer Vortex Stump Grinder delivers power, efficiency, and long-lasting performance in a compact package.

Other tooth styles available, consist of Sand and Clay, Rocky and Rough, or Standard grinding conditions.

NOTE: A case drain is required (case drains are a fairly simple installation which can be done at a local hydraulics shop or on your own if you’re mechanically inclined).
