This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms that apply to returns, exchanges, damaged deliveries, cancellations, replacement requests, and approved refunds for purchases made through Heavy Lift Zone.

Quick Summary

We want our customers to buy with confidence. Returns and refunds may be accepted for eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and reported within the applicable return window. Certain products such as special-order items, custom equipment, installed parts, and heavily used machinery may not qualify for return. Approved refunds are processed after inspection, and return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return.

Important Notice

Because Heavy Lift Zone may offer heavy equipment, attachments, parts, and special-order items, return eligibility can vary by product category, supplier rules, and condition at the time of inspection. Customers should contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

We may accept returns on eligible products within 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, depending on the item type, manufacturer terms, and order conditions.

To be considered for return, the item should generally meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is unused, uninstalled, and not altered in any way
  • It is returned in its original packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories where applicable
  • It is in resalable condition without damage caused after delivery
  • It is accompanied by valid proof of purchase, order number, and return authorization where required
  • The return request is submitted within the approved return window

Return approval is not automatic. All return requests are reviewed based on product condition, supplier acceptance rules, and order history.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially sourced equipment
  • Electrical parts, hydraulic parts, seals, and components that have been installed or used
  • Items sold as final sale, clearance, liquidation, or non-refundable
  • Used machinery, used attachments, or demo units sold with disclosed condition
  • Products missing original packaging, serial labels, manuals, or supplied accessories
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized modification

If a product is marked as non-returnable on the product page, invoice, quotation, or supplier documentation, that restriction will apply.

Before returning any item, please contact Heavy Lift Zone and provide the information needed for review.

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Your order number or invoice number
  • The product name and quantity
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

Once reviewed, we may issue return instructions, inspection steps, supplier confirmation, and a return approval reference where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Photos of labels, shipment markings, and visible damage
  • A short explanation of the problem
  • Your order or invoice number

Where the claim is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair support, parts reshipment, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability, supplier policy, and the nature of the issue.

In some cases, an exchange or replacement may be more appropriate than a refund. This is especially common for shipping damage, missing parts, manufacturer defects, or wrong-item deliveries.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • Equivalent substitute items may be offered where appropriate
  • Supplier approval may be required for specialized equipment or parts

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate resolution based on the verified issue.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. In some cases, bank or payment processor timing may extend this period.

Refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund where applicable

Original shipping fees, rush handling fees, installation charges, customs costs, and other service-related fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, loading, transportation arrangements, and safe packaging for approved returns.

If the return is caused by a confirmed defective item, wrong shipment, or verified fulfillment error on our side, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.

Heavy equipment and oversized attachments may require special freight arrangements. Additional handling charges may apply for such returns.

Returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, exchange, or credit is approved.

Depending on the item and supplier, the following may apply:

  • Restocking fees for opened, returned, or specially handled items
  • Deductions for missing accessories, damaged packaging, or cleaning/repair needs
  • Refusal of returns that arrive used, incomplete, or outside the approved condition

If a returned product fails inspection and is not eligible for refund, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Orders may only be canceled before shipment, processing lock, supplier release, or custom production begins.

Once an order has shipped, been freight-booked, or entered custom sourcing/production, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to fees.

  • Immediate cancellation requests have the best chance of approval
  • Special-order or custom items may not be cancelable once confirmed
  • Merchant processing fees or supplier cancellation charges may be deducted where applicable

Customers should use a traceable shipping method and keep return shipment records. Heavy Lift Zone is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit before receipt.

We strongly recommend using insured shipping for valuable parts, equipment components, and special items.
