Delivery estimates shown on the website, in quotations, or during checkout are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery timing can be affected by:

  • Destination accessibility and regional delivery limitations
  • Weather, customs, holidays, peak season demand, or labor disruptions
  • Appointment scheduling for freight deliveries

Transit time begins after the order has been processed and released to the carrier, not necessarily from the date the order was placed.

  • Arrange labor, forklift, or unloading support if required and not included

If freight cannot be completed due to site conditions, inaccessibility, or customer unavailability, extra fees may apply.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships. Some freight shipments may not have instant public tracking updates in the same way as parcel deliveries.

In certain cases, tracking may come directly from the carrier, freight broker, or supplier warehouse. Customers should allow reasonable time for tracking activation after shipment confirmation.

Customers should inspect all shipments as soon as they are delivered, especially freight orders, palletized goods, and machinery components.

Before signing for delivery, customers should check for:

  • Visible damage to the box, crate, pallet, or item
  • Missing packages or missing listed components
  • Signs of mishandling, crushing, fluid leaks, or broken parts
  • Incorrect items or quantity discrepancies

If there is visible shipping damage, customers should note it on the delivery receipt where possible and contact Heavy Lift Zone immediately with photos and order details.

Heavy Lift Zone is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, customs delays, port congestion, routing issues, delivery appointment failures, labor shortages, or supplier release delays beyond our reasonable control.

While we will make reasonable efforts to support customers and assist with delivery updates, shipping delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required by law or expressly agreed.

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, customers should notify Heavy Lift Zone as soon as possible and provide all relevant details.

  • Photos of the shipment, packaging, and damage
  • A description of the missing or affected items

Claims may be subject to carrier investigation, supplier review, or shipment verification before replacement, refund, or support is approved.

Customers are generally responsible for import duties, customs brokerage, taxes, clearance fees, and destination-specific compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Heavy Lift Zone may decline shipment to certain destinations if carrier service, regulatory compliance, product restrictions, or delivery risk makes shipment impractical.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages or from different warehouse locations depending on stock source and fulfillment efficiency.
